Content Policy & Ownership Terms

Published on October 12, 2026

Welcome to ebnts. Our platform is dedicated to publishing, curating, and hosting high-utility content focused on events, bookings, notifications, travel, and safety. We serve both as a launchpad for fresh insights and as a digital sanctuary for preserving historical internet resources. This Content Policy governs all submissions, publications, archives, and interactions across the ebnts network.

1. Submission Channels & Commercial Integration

ebnts welcomes contributions from writers, editors, and industry professionals. We operate under three primary engagement models:

  • New Submissions: Original, unpublished articles and reports focusing on event logistics, booking trends, safety updates, and travel infrastructure.
  • Legacy Preservation: Acquisitions and digital hosting of defunct or inactive blogs, preventing the loss of valuable public web data.
  • Volunteer & Guest Contributions: Passionate writers and community advocates may submit articles on a volunteer basis to support our global knowledge repository. Volunteer contributions are held to the same editorial standards as paid work.

Commercial Terms: Qualified single articles may be compensated up to $10 USD, and complete blog database acquisitions up to $1,000 USD, subject to editorial approval, traffic metrics, and mutual execution of an Independent Contributor Agreement or Asset Purchase Agreement. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or compensation.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Material

All hosted and submitted material must maintain strict utility and accuracy. ebnts strictly prohibits submissions containing:

  • Plagiarized, syndicated, or infringing content not legally owned by the submitter.
  • Defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, or abusive statements.
  • Malicious software, exploit scripts, unauthorized affiliate redirect schemes, or deceptive SEO link manipulation.
  • Personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without explicit legal consent.
  • Unverified emergency advice, fabricated safety alerts, or misleading booking guidance.

3. Editorial Sanitisation & Neutrality Protocol

To preserve reader safety, maintain a neutral tone, and protect contributor privacy, all submitted text undergoes an automated and editorial sanitisation review:

  • Data Sanitisation: All personal contact details, private residence references, private location coordinates, and non-essential biographical data are removed or modified.
  • Neutrality: Commentary is adjusted to prioritize operational facts, safety verification, and reference utility.
  • Public Attribution: Authors may operate under a validated public display name or pseudonym. Direct publishing access requires adherence to platform formatting and sanitisation rules.

4. Intellectual Property, Licensing, & Moral Rights

By submitting, transferring, or publishing content on ebnts, contributors agree to the following intellectual property terms:

  • License Grant: Unless governed by a formal Asset Purchase Agreement assigning full copyright, the submitter grants ebnts an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to host, edit, adapt, translate, store, syndicate, and display the work across any platform format.
  • Warranties: The contributor warrants that all submitted content is original and that they hold full legal authority to grant the platform rights without violating any third-party claims.
  • Waiver of Moral Rights: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, contributors waive all moral rights, including rights of integrity and attribution, to allow for editorial revisions, formatting, and platform modifications.

5. Author Attribution & Anonymisation Protocol

Approved articles are published under the contributor’s chosen public author profile. If an author terminates their relationship with ebnts or wishes to revoke their public name, they may request profile anonymisation. Upon processing, author attribution will be permanently replaced with a generic platform badge (e.g., “ebnts Contributor”) while the underlying informational text remains active on the platform for archival continuity.

6. Automated & AI-Assisted Processing Disclosure

To support global readability, multilingual translation, syntax corrections, and privacy sanitisation, ebnts utilizes automated software and artificial intelligence tools. While these systems aim to preserve the author’s primary message, ebnts explicitly disclaims liability for minor semantic variations, machine translation errors, or typographical shifts introduced during automated processing pipelines.

7. Limitation of Liability & General Disclaimer

All materials hosted on ebnts are provided strictly for informational, educational, and archival purposes. ebnts makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the real-time accuracy, schedule validity, booking pricing, or safety status of referenced events and facilities. Users utilize published travel and event data at their own risk.

Under no circumstances shall ebnts, its parent entity, or its operators be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on hosted content. Submitters agree to indemnify and hold harmless ebnts against any legal liability, third-party intellectual property claims, or losses arising from their submissions.

8. Copyright Infringement & Inquiries

ebnts respects intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyrighted material is displayed on our network without proper authorization, please submit a formal takedown notice with proof of ownership through our official Contact Page or via our designated copyright agent.
